Oh, and some ideas would be to have leaders for some groups. Like for example, (since there are 3 Officers) you can have 4 "Leaders' for a group that are responsible for that group.

Like for example, chester- takes care of Group A (which is for example, giantjawa, Yunzhan, Fighter-Kun etc. etc.).
Then healingeni takes care of Group B (*insert people's names here*). healthfood takes care of Group C (*again insert people's names here*). And lst but not least, Vigetto takes care of Group D (*insert more people's names here) ((gee..i'm useless when it comes to remembering anems, am I? ))

But chester- still takes care of all of us, but the responsibiltiy is split up so that chester- won't have a splitting headache

And that's my idea...
