If you can't sell it, a good suggestion would be try selling it in tailor sellrooms in Astrub. In p2p world, too many people have good equips and cheap linings that they could buy. If you sell it around this price, there's quite a chance that it could be sold out in no time.

Though mine is bad at strength, I bought my 34 intel 1 strength lining for 80kk in tailor's sellroom in astrub... maybe you should sell only for around 150kk chester-?

34 and 39 is HUGE difference...wont lower price unless is guild member or ally
