there have been a lot of issues in the guild lately, and most of them were caused by the misuse of power. there is a need to reorganize the powers given to each rank to prevent futher problems
i made the following changes:
-invite/exp power taken away from protector lower
-protector and up can place percep
-all members can collect resources/kamas/items from a percep
(there are exceptions to whom i know for a long time and trust)
